Digital signage is usually in the form of small to large billboard composed of LCD, LED or a similar display system. It is generally connected by a content management system or software that sends the display system the data to be displayed.
It is commonly used in marketing activities to display promotional content and advertisements. It is also popular in industries that rely on delivery of real-time information to its employers or customers, such as stock exchanges, hospitals and airports.
